Step 1: Order Your RPL Dosimeter

Step 2 : Receive and Unbox

  • Receive your dosimeter: It will arrive within 7 days via DHL.
  • Unbox your parcel as it contains important items such as Instruction Manual, Measurement in Progress Card, Metal Box, DHL Return Bag and Protective Air Column Bag

Step 3: Measure Your Indoor Environment

  • Prepare the dosimeter: Fill out the measurement location and start date on the provided card.
  • Clip and place: Securely attach the dosimeter to the card and position it in the desired area for 30 days.

Step 4: Return the Dosimeter

  • After 30 days: Fill in the end date on the card and carefully return the dosimeter and card in the provided metal box and pre-paid DHL envelope.
  • Seal the envelope: Securely seal the envelope.
  • Schedule a pick-up: A DHL representative will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time.

Step 5: Receive Your Personalized Report

  • Analysis: The dosimeter is analysed in an accredited laboratory to determine your indoor radiation exposure levels.
  • Report generation: A detailed report detailing your average radiation exposure, comparison to safety limits, and personalized recommendations is created.
  • Delivery: The report is emailed to you within 14 days after receiving the dosimeter.

Note:

  1. This dosimeter doesn't display readings directly. It passively records radiation levels over time. You won't see any numbers or measurements on the device itself.
  2. This dosimeter is completely safe. It only absorbs radiation present in your environment and doesn't produce or release any radiation of its own.
